White Rose Saddlery are giving a racing saddle to the winner of the
White Rose Ladies Riders Championship.
Wendy Hoggard, proprietor of White Rose Saddlery said ‘I decided that I would like to award a saddle to the winner as it is nice to receive a prize, especially one that can be used in future seasons as a reminder of their successes.’

The West of Yore Hunt is holding an open day at Whitcliffe Grange, Ripon on Sunday December 20th to promote the country's newest Point to Point Course . In association with Brightwells Insurance 14 regions – 14 races and over £7,000 in additional prize-money for owners. This season the Racing Post Weekender has joined forces with Brightwells Insurance in the brilliant Order of Excellence series. TO BE PRESENTED TO THE HUNT,WITHIN THE YORKSHIRE AREA WHOSE QUALIFIED HORSES HAVE GAINED THE MOST POINTS DURING THE SEASON AT MEETINGS HELD IN YORKSHIRE.
POINTS WILL BE AWARDED FOR EACH RACE (EXCEPT THE HUNT RACE)
1st Place 5 pts
2nd Place 3 pts
3Place 1 pt
HORSES WILL TAKEN TO HAVE QUALIFIED WITH THE HUNT AS THEIR ENTRY APPEARS IN THE RACE CARD.
WIN OR PLACES HORSES FROM OUTSIDE THE YORKSHIRE AREA WILL NOT COUNT AND THE POINT WILL BE AWARDED TO YORKSHIRE HORSES
THE TROPHY WILL BE HELD FOR ONE YEAR AND WILL BE PRESENTED AT THE AWARDS DINNER HELD LATER IN THE YEAR .

Please be reminded that entries close on Sunday, 3rd January for this meeting and that there will be NO POSTAL DELIVERIES ON 25TH-28TH DECEMBER AND 1ST & 2ND JANUARY so please mail your entries very early!!!
